The short version
Your docs, your conversations, and your customer data are yours. We process them only to run your AI agent and inbox, we don’t sell them, and you can export or delete them whenever you want. Use the service lawfully and keep your credentials safe.
1. The service
ZuvoChat provides an AI agent that answers customer questions on your website chat and email from the documentation you connect, plus a shared inbox, routing, automation, and analytics for your team. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts and workspaces
A workspace belongs to the organization that creates it. Administrators control agent seats, connected websites, and channels. You’re responsible for activity under your credentials.
3. Your content and your customers’ data
The documentation you connect, and the conversations your customers have with your AI agent and team, belong to your organization. We process them solely to provide the service — generating answers, routing, analytics. You’re responsible for having a lawful basis to handle your customers’ data and for your own privacy notices.
4. AI answers
AI answers are generated from your connected content and can be imperfect. The service is designed to cite sources and hand off to humans rather than guess, but you remain responsible for what your workspace tells your customers — review your docs and monitor conversations.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use.
- No attempts to access other workspaces’ data or disrupt the service.
- No using the AI agent to deceive, spam, or harass.
6. Plans and billing
Plans are described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel anytime; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Volume and lifetime arrangements are governed by their order terms.
7. Termination
Your organization may delete its workspace at any time, which deletes its data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
